13th July 1998

Approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission ("CSRC"), Bosera was established in Beijing.

30th July 1998

Yuyang Fund, Bosera's first closed-end fund was successfully launched (also our first fund under management) and listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange. Bosera started to manage client assets.

24th June 1999

Yulong Fund, Bosera's second closed-end fund was successfully launched and listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

28th Oct. 1999

Yuyuan Fund, Bosera's third closed-end fund was successfully launched and listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange.

24th Apr. 2000

Yuhua Fund, Bosera's fourth closed-end fund was successfully launched and listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

17th May 2000

Yuze Fund, Bosera's fifth closed-end fund was successfully launched and listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The size of closed-end fund under management of Bosera has reached 75,000 bn fund units.

24th May 2001

Bosera and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security jointly hosted in Beijing the conference on "The Actuary and Management of Pension Funds," on which a study with over 500,000 words of research by Bosera was published.

8th Oct. 2001

Bosera re-located its headquarters from Beijing to Shenzhen.

22nd Aug. 2002

Bosera and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security jointly hosted in Beijing the conference on "Chinese Corporate Pension System and Management," on which a study with over 400,000 words of research by Bosera was published.

9th Oct. 2002

Bosera Value Appreciation Fund, Bosera's first open-end fund under management, was successfully launched and RMB 3.046 bn was raised at IPO.

20th Dec. 2002

Bosera was one of the very first six investment mangers to be appointed for the National Social Security Fund ("NSSF") after being carefully selected by the Evaluation committee of the National Council for Social Security Fund ("NCSSF").

6th June 2003

Bosera began to manage three NCSSF Mandates.

1st Apr. 2003

Approved by the CSRC, China Great Wall Trust and Investment Company, shareholder of Bosera, was renamed China Great Wall Asset Management Corporation.

26th Aug. 2003

Bosera FTSE/Xinhua A200 Securities Investment Fund, Bosera's second open-end fund, was successfully launched. It was the first open-end fund subscribed by Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors ("QFII") in China.

24th Oct. 2003

Bosera began to manage the NCSSF strategic investment portfolio.

26th Dec. 2003

Approved by the CSRC, Kinghing Trust & Investment Co., Ltd. became the largest shareholder of Bosera with a 48% stake; other shareholders are China Great Wall Asset Management Corporation (a 25% stake), China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. (a 25% stake) and China Guangsha Construction Group.

16th Jan. 2004

Bosera Cash Income Securities Investment Fund, one of the first money market funds in China, was successfully launched.

22nd June 2004

Bosera Select Equity Securities Investment Fund, Bosera's fourth open-end fund, was successfully launched.

6th Jan. 2005

Bosera Thematic Sector Equity Securities Investment Fund, Bosera's fifth open-end fund (LOF), was successfully launched.

25th Jan. 2005

Bosera signed Research Advisory Agreement with Nikko Asset Management Co., Ltd, providing research and portfolio management supports to Nikko¡¯s Yellow River Fund launched in Japan and investing in China A-shares market. Yellow River Fund is the first open-end Japanese fund to invest in the A-shares market through QFII.

20th June 2005

Bosera began to manage a new mandate transferred from another NCSSF investment manager. Bosera currently manages five NCSSF Mandates.

2nd Aug. 2005

Bosera was approved by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security to become the first batch of investment managers for enterprise annuity plans.

24th Aug. 2005

Bosera Stable Value Bond Investment Fund, Bosera's sixth open-end fund, was successfully launched.

31st May 2006

Bosera Balanced Securities Investment Fund, Bosera's seventh open-end fund, was successfully launched.
