Approved by the CSRC, Kinghing Trust & Investment Co., Ltd. became the largest shareholder of Bosera with a 48% stake; other shareholders are China Great Wall Asset Management Corporation (a 25% stake), China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. (a 25% stake) and China Guangsha Construction Group. |

Bosera signed Research Advisory Agreement with Nikko Asset Management Co., Ltd, providing research and portfolio management supports to Nikko¡¯s Yellow River Fund launched in Japan and investing in China A-shares market. Yellow River Fund is the first open-end Japanese fund to invest in the A-shares market through QFII. |
