- On 25th Jan. 2005, Bosera signed Research Advisory Agreement with Nikko Asset Management Co., Ltd, providing research and portfolio management supports to Nikko's Yellow River Fund launched in Japan and investing in China A-share market. Yellow River Fund is the first open-end Japanese fund to invest in the A-shares market through QFII.
